Looks good.

Although, I would buy a 2060 super or Radeon 5700 instead of the 2060 since they perform much better.
You could drop your psu to a CX550 or CX650 with no hit on performance or reliability.

I'd get the Ryzen5 3600. And make it achieve the 3600x with simple BIOS settings, and pocket the savings, or better yet, use it to upgrade GPU (to 2060 Super) or PSU.
