I would just take the 1tb cavial black for a few more money because it has a much longer warranty.

You can also opt for Asus NVIDIA GTX 760 Direct CUII OC 2GB. It has better cooling solution. If you plan to overclock Asus card, being good at handling temperatures, it performs slightly better than of MSI. [Tested Personally]

The rest is quite okay.
