I'd take the 8600K over the 7700K, it will require a different motherboard (Z370) but should save you some cash. Also hopefully that PSU is good, just wondering which prebuilt company are you buying from?

Its a high end rig, but I agree with WildCard999. I would go with the 8th generation Intel CPU. Typically prebuilt PC's PSUs are poor quality and a malfunction in the PSU can damage your components. Additionally, what size liquid cooler is that? If it is a 120mm cooler, I would go with something else. For a AIO cooler, you really need 240mm or higher. Most standard air coolers will perform better than a 120mm AIO.

it's from skytech, but it's just for a reference. i want to build something similar to that skytech prebuilt spec

With games exceeding 50GB these days a 250GB drive isn't that big. An SSD's faster read and write time expedite boot times, speeds up Windows' environment, accelerates productivity tasks and reduces or eliminates game load times. I want the majority of games I am currently playing on my SSD and I can put the rest on other drives. Unfortunately I chose a 120GB SSD. I didn't think that purchase through. I recommend a 500GB or larger SSD, especially with your time window taken into consideration.
