Is this computer good for gaming?

I have to agree with X79 on this. That build seems really pathetic to me (and I'm no expert lol)... full of flash, but no bang.

The fact that it has water cooling in a system that, as far as I can tell, won't even be able to really benefit from it... is just silly. I mean, I'm building my first system and I have a i5-3570k (will OC), 4gb RAM, and I'm probably going to get a 7850 GPU and I'm not going to come close to needing water cooling. That iBUYPOWER PC is lower end than what my final build will be and yet it has water cooling... Not to mention it costs about as much as the price tag will be on my finished gaming machine.

I'm sure if my assessment is wrong that someone will correct me, but I don't think it is.

My suggestion would be to check out the Q2 system builder marathon Tom's has up right now for an idea of what a good system on a budget looks like, and then use that to compare prebuilt systems (unless you feel able to build one yourself).

NOTE: Being on a budget doesn't mean you can't expect to have high performance. It just means you need to put the cash where it's needed most and not waste it on extra's like an SSD or a 1T HDD and whatnot. Put all the cash into the core components and the performance will be there.

Can you recommend me a premade thats good but cheap?
