But that PSU is Crap.
Get this [same price point]...
Well you don't need 16gb ram, 8gb is plenty. You didn't list a cooler but it looks like you plan to overclock. The 960 is a little weak compared to one of the best gaming cpus you can get, a 970 would be better for 1080p gaming even if it meant using a 4460 & H97 motherboard. Also that psu is poor quality, you need something better.

If you can get the R9 380 4GB at the same price of EVGA GTX960 ACX 2.0 SSC 4GB, then get the AMD. It will give you better fps.
