Is this computer good to run most games right now?

Motherboard: Asus z97 AR
Ram: Hyperx 1700mhz 8gb(2x4gb)
Cooler: 3 120mm cooler and an aftermarket cpu cooler
Hard Drive: ssd 840 evo
750 gb Samsung 7200rpm
Monitor: AOC 27" E2752VH 1920x1080

I just want to play rpgs like skyrim, and other games like black flag.

You will run them, but the 7870 might not get you a stable 60 FPS on Ultra for the latest games such as Far Cry 4. Skyrim will run on a Game Boy so yes you'll run it quite easily.

Thanks im not looking forward to play far cry 4 or other new games like unity anyways.
