Is this configuration compatible?

I had to remake a configuration for scratch because of low stock on one of the online stores. Do you think this configuration works?

I already got a PCI-E decent GPU and an optical drive(which I never use). My focus is on RAM / SSD / CPU in this order for database management. Also is made on a very tight budget. What do you think?

i would put a better psu in there, i couldnt find the power supplies on the website, could you put a link up for the power supply section of the website?
