Motherboard: Biostar h81mdc v7.2
Cpu: Intel Pentium G3220 3.0 Ghz
Ram: G.Skill 4GB
SSD: Kingston a400 120GB (Boot only)
HDD: Western Digital 500GB
Western Digital 250GB
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GT 710 1GB GDDR3

i am going to change my ram and processor, im gonna add 8GB of ram and an Intel core I3 4170 . will this cpu and ram change make my pc faster and what kind of newer games could i play on it?

I would say you really need the RAM upgrade with either. As said tho the video card really is your main problem. Here is my upgrade suggestion. This is the most I would suggest without seeing your PSU specs. The 1030 should draw about same power as the old 710.
