Is this CPU fine for gaming?

Was going to get the i5 4670k, but due to budget restraints I had to downgrade to an i5 4440, my build is to have an ssd, hard drive, 650w power supply and a gtx 760. Would this downgrade affect gaming to much and is this build still fine for gaming, as in could it play bf4 comfortably on medium/ high?

Yes you should be able to play it on ULTRA (mostly).
