Is this CPU,GPU strong enough to stream minecraft or csgo?

i7-4790k processor
GTX 1070 (planning to buy this GPU)
will I be able to stream 60fps 720p-1080p?
Should I upgrade my cpu?

Should be more than enough with the GTX1070. Just use intels required settings so the igpu does the work.

i will be also streaming and gaming in the same pc, forgot to put it there.

Doesn't matter much as long as the iGPU does all the work. Your streams tho will be lower quility due to the limits of Intels compression on the igpu.
