Is this CPU & Motherboard a good choice together?

Hello I have this MOBO :
ASROCK 980de3/u3s3 and
CPU :8320

In theory and documentation , both are compatible , but I see very strange glitches from time to time which are totally unexplainable for me.

I have HYPER X 1866 8 GB Single Stick RAM , and I had to return the MOBO for some restarting problems that I had before , and I could not set the ram to 1866 ,but it was running on 1050 approx.. They updated bios and now I can set the RAM and run to 1866 ,but I feel some very brutal drop downs from time to time even while browsing the explorer in windows or doing normal stuff, in game they occur more often.
Also if I now try to overclock my CPU with turbo boost which is X key while loading PC , RAM will go to apporx 1000mhz and PC will start restarting and showing bluescreens.
Ram timings go crazy.

Can someone please tell if this may be caused by the mobo and if it is not or is a good choice for this CPU.

The rest components are Sapphire Tri-X 280x
700W Power Supply Cooler Master : 700B
Thank you in advance

Well when I returned the MOBO to service they updated the BIOS , but I dont know if it's the last version , the seller told me they told her that they updated to the last, as for the drivers I run on Windows 10 and the mobo does not have drivers for win 10 on their web.

Does that mean that the mobo does not support win 10 , or it means that wn 10 got some integrated drivers and there is no need to download any drivers ,but you have all setup on installation ?

If the mobo company isn't supporting Win 10, it could be problematic as far as Win 10 may have default drivers in Win for say your specific USB or LAN, but if the Manufacturer has tweaked the drivers for it to fit in with other mobo components then the default ones from Win might let everything play nice - could contact the mobo makers and see what if any issues they have seen with Win 10 and your mobo

Thanks again for the support , as I am waiting for their response , can you please tell me if these are good bios settings , because I read some things about APM ,AMD Turbo Technology and etc and I set them like that on these pictures.
My only goal is performance are they OK for it , what do you think about it should I change something ?

The other thing is that when I overclock the CPU ram goes crazy(chaning timings) and pc crushes.

Thanks alot for the help.
Cheers.
