Question Is this custom game spyware or malware?

Hello, i wanted to play a modification of a game i used to play. It has a lot of players but the file has 8 detections in Virus Total. Maybe a false postive? But i want to make sure since i already open it. Also did an hybrid scan and submit it to my antivirus provider but no answer.

Mine isnt flagging it, that is hy i submit it but yeah the exe has 8 detections.
