Is this enough cooling

I am planning on building a PC for rendering which means around 95% load for many hours at a time. I was planning on getting two 140mm intakes in the front and 1 140mm intake on the bottom with my H100i (240mm fans and radiator) as the exhaust. I just don't know if this is too much positive pressure and if I should add another 140mm/120mm exhaust/remove a fan. Any help?

i think a lot depends on the case design an air flow, but i'm of the school that sez you can't have too much positive air pressure

yes - it should, given no odd airflow issues

I will be using the fractal R5 which I'm told has decent airflow.
