Hi guys am planning to buy a laptop from someone on Gumtree.
it's a hp stream 14 which he claims to have added a gtx 780m into and is willing to show me it.
do you think it's real or is it just BS?

It is BS, you can't replace that laptop's GPU at all.
It has an AMD APU and a r3 GPU, all cooled passively, it is a low end laptop, not a gaming laptop.

There are apps which let you play a game on a desktop, convert it into a video stream in real-time, and play back the stream on a low-end device like a netbook or a tablet. This could be used to fool someone into thinking that a low-end computer is "running" the game as if it were a powerful 3D gaming rig.
