Personally, I wouldn't touch it and here are my reasons:

1) There is no telling what manufacturer they use for some components.
2) The power supply is a joke. Any company that thinks it is appropriate for a build, should be put out of business. 1000 watts is serious overkill for even an SLI system.
3) There is a reason the Intel Core I7-6700K does not come with a standard Intel Heat Sink/Fan Assembly, so why on earth would CyberPowerPC include a standard Intel Certified Heat Sink and Fan?
4) Even the RAM is questionable for that motherboard. From the manufacturer's web site:

Support for DDR4 3466(O.C.) /3400(O.C.) /3333(O.C.) /3300(O.C.) /3200(O.C.) /3000(O.C.) /2800(O.C.) /2666(O.C.) /2400(O.C.) /2133 MHz memory modules

So why are they giving you DDR4-3000 RAM?

Nope. Wouldn't touch it.

Probably it is a great deal that you are getting it for that price. Till now nearly all the pre-built PCs I have seen come with crazy price tag which are meaningless. But this PC with i7-6700K|GTX1080|8GB DDR4|480GB SSD|1000W PSU|Windows 10 the only thing I feel you need to upgrade is RAM. Rest is fine and the price-tag is very-much meaningful. If you can get better deal on Black Friday then get it.

Also check if they are providing individual manufacturer warranty for the components.
