Is this good enough to have a great gaming PC?

I am new to building a gaming PC,so tell me if i picked the bad one
Is this good enought to have a great PC?
My gaming PC specs:
CPU : AMD FX-8370 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU COOLER : Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
RAM : 8 GB
Storage : 1TB
Video Card : AMD Radeon R7 260X
Power Supply : XFX TS 550W
Operating System : Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)


I was planning to build my own gaming pc,so i made a list to build my own gaming PC.
i wanted to build a CHEAP gaming PC.
Games i wanted to play on my gaming PC:
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
Grand Theft Auto 4
APB Reloaded
Company of Heroes 2
Batman™: Arkham Origins
Chivalry Medieval Warfare
Arma 3

Please suggest me if you recommend me to buy (insert part),BUT THE GOOD ONE

First of all get 8 gigs of ram, 2x4. Get an i5 instead of the FX CPU, AM3+ Motherboards don't have an upgrade path.
If you aren't doing any overclocking no need to get the Hyper 212.
Well, everything is good except for the RAM, CPU and GPU. You probably want to go dual channel RAM to be more efficient, so that would be a 2x2 RAM, then cheap slightly with the CPU to improve your graphics card, the key to good gaming is the gpu. However don't go too cheap on the cpu or it will bottleneck. So cheapening out the cpu will result in a better gpu which will be better for gaming!
 
i think its better if u go with gtx 750ti instead of R7 260x saving u enough for the psu and u can buy i5-3450 (quad core with hyperthreading).. this will be a decent gaming bulid......
