Hi friends, I was wondering if this build would run these games at a good frame rate: Skyrim, Star wars the old republic, Mount&Blade, Fallout 3 and 4, Rome II Total War, and Arma 3

CPU - AMD Athlon Multi Core Processor AD760KWOHLBOX, 760K Richland 3.8GHz Socket FM2 100W

Its an alright setup. The only ones that'd be of any problem for you are Arma and Rome 2. They are both quite heavy. I recommend you consider a GTX 950, its better in every way and costs marginally more if you get one on sale. But more so, those two games are more CPU than GPU intensive a lot of the time. Thats a bit of a dated and under powered (For you) CPU. Take a look at the FX 6300. Can be found for under $100 when on a good sale.
Yeah it will play well on low/medium settings depending on the game except arma 3. arma 3 is very cpu intensive and my Fx 6300 barely keeps up I get 35 fps at the most online at even low settings.
