That is best for gaming on 1080p monitor,..You can play all games at ultra with thise specs.But a slight change.Get i5 4670k or i5 3770k which is low at price than i5 4690k and invest some more money and get R9 280x..So you dont need to upgrade your gpu too soon.,R9 270x is really a good card but it will be outdated within 1-1.5 years.But R9 280x will be outdated within 2-2.5 years.So better get it.So better get it.And you will get better framerate than R9 270x..If you really dont have budget,then go with R9 270x.And R9 270x is really a good card tooo.Select as best solution if it helps you

Will those two aren't an option in the choices i see (I'm talking about the intel core )

What manufacture of the PSU are you going with? I would recommend XFX if you haven't looked in to them they are made by seasonic and are at a great price point.
