first you need a VERY VERY GOOD INTERNET SPEED
second its better to go with a fx 6300 + dedicated gpu rig

Dont get an APU as the graphics cores will hamper the CPUs performance, which handles most of the work load. The only really thing needed for a server is good internet, the hardware takes a back seat.
