Solution
It is a mistake to buy two ram kits.
They may be incompatible with each other.
If you want 32gb, buy a single 2 x 16gb kit.

For a top end build, pick the slightly faster 1tb samsung evo plus.

I don't know where you are going to install all of those fans. The kraken comes with fans.

If your objective is gaming, which I imagine it is with a rtx2080ti, then consider an intel build which is slightly better for gaming.
A i7-10700K runs faster and cooler than the previous gaming top dog, the i9-9900K

You will be able to avoid the issues of a expensive aio cooler.
A top air cooler like the Noctua NH-D15 will do the job.
Your case is an excellent one, particularly for an air cooler.

What are aio issues?

The build looks awesome.I dont see one thing that should be changed.

What are aio issues?
1. How to mount. If you mount to take in outside fresh air, your cpu will be cooled best. But the heated air will be used to cool a hot graphics card.
OTOH If you mount as exhaust, your cpu will be cooled using heated case air.

2. Many fans increase noise. aio coolers need to run at higher speeds.

3. Anything with moving parts like a aio pump will increase noise and increase the chances of failure. While leaks are uncommon with liquid coolers, they do on occasion leak with disastrous impact.

4. An aio will cost more than a good air cooler.

  1. Consider that the kraken, for example is really an air cooler with two 140mm radiators. Exactly what a NH-D15 has. The only difference is where the heat exchange takes place. The cooling capability is comparable.
  2. A air cooler gets air from a front intake. If all the cooling air comes in the front and is filtered, your parts will stay cleaner.

I will make the changes but the ram sticks are the same exact model so they should be compatible

Just because RAM is the same model it does not then follow that they have the exact same chips inside. They are paired which means 2 sticks that have identical chips. If you want 4 sticks, by a 4-stick set.
I have 2 sets of Corsair Vengeance 3200 Mhz. One set is Hynix, the other is Samsung B-die. I was lucky that they work together. So 2x8 Gb Hynix and 2x8 Samsung B-die. Same model and everything.
