8gb of RAM should be enough for gaming/streaimg but you will still have some money left with this build so if you want you can go with 16gb of RAM

If you need more than 2 fans that you get with the case just add them

As i said XEON is basically i7 4770, so it will perform in games same as i7. Differenc between i7/Xeon and i5 is that i5 doesnt have hyperthreading and i7/Xeon do. hyperthreading is 4 more threads than i5 which help with thigs like streaming, recording gameplay, video editing.... So if your only goal was to play games i5 would be fine because there wouldnt be much difference in games between i5 and i7/Xeon. But when you start streaming/recording game i5 will get hit and FPS will drop that wont happen with i7/Xeon because of more threads.

Thats why i reccomended you XEON because you want to stream games
