I'd substitute a better PSU, such as the Antec VP-450. The Corsair "CX" line was built by CWT using some inferior Samxon capacitors that do not like heat and have been cited for early failure.
Otherwise, it looks reasonable. Don't forget drives (HDD/SSD and maybe optical).

Solution
If you're going to be gaming, I would balance it out a little better, with something like the FX 4300 and R7 265. Slightly less GPU power, but the FX-4300 will be better for the newer games, having 4 cores over the Pentium's 2. If you're going to be playing games like BF4 or DayZ, the Pentium will get you more frame rate drops than the 4300 due to only have 2 cores.

thats what i thought too but some people say that dual core isnt enough
