is this good ram oc?

-the XMP profile for my RAM is 3000 15-17-35 and ive overclock to 3200 with 16-18-18-38 same voltage 1.35.

this was mostly guess work i fiddled with it till it worked turned out i got lucky cause i just raised the timings one then raised the tRAS till i could boot into windows and everything seems to be running fine im curious how my timings are i havent read anything but watched a YT video on how to oc ram i couldnt quite figure out how to get the timings with the math

my ram is Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb 3000

Before you go assume its actually working you need to download Memtest86 and run it for a few hours. Just because it boots into Windows does not mean its working properly at all.

ive run the aida64 memory benchmark for about an hour and everything is fine..

As I said, memtest86. aida64 is fine for basic testing sure, but you need about 8 passes out of memtest86 to know its good.
