I think i'll go for this:
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1080 Windforce OC
CPU: Intel Core i5 4690k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro Red DDR3 PC19200/2400MHz CL11 2x8GB
PSU: SeaSonic - S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
SSD: Crucial MX300 2.5" 525GB

What about this?
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1080 Windforce OC
CPU: Intel Core i5 CoffeeLake or i7 CoffeeLake
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro Red DDR3 PC19200/2400MHz CL11 2x8GB
PSU: SeaSonic - S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
SSD: Crucial MX300 2.5" 525GB

That is not gonna work because you will be needing new Motherboard and DDR4 RAM. So total of the above list +$100 to $130 for motherboard. RAM will cost you nearly same as DDR3. And all other components (CPU+GPU+PSU+SSD) you selected above are fine.

Entry level good one will cost you $100-130(Get ASUS but if ASUS is bit costly go for Gigabyte)
