Is this GPU sli ready?

I've been looking into buying two 760's for SLI'ing to replace my single SSC 960 4 gb

You can SLI the 760s, however I do not recommend it.
One its older tech, that will not support newer software (DX12), It draws more power, and only has 2GB of shared memory.
Why are you looking to get rid of your 960?

Your version would cost 300 dollars as well as a proper motherboard and PSU to support it. If you already have a 960 grab a second one for 200 dollars.

If you are wanting more gpu power for $300 get a single GTX 970 or R9 390. Getting 2x2gb 760s would be ill advised.
