Why would you think it's a fake card?
The only difference between this card and a standard height card is the cooling solution. The larger fans of the standard sized graphics card (as opposed to the low-profile card) allows the user to select different Core Clock Modes (OC/Gaming/Silent) because they provide better cooling.

Although I think those prices are pretty high and the one seller has awful ratings.

The Amazon Vendor is named "MSI" which I assume is the card's manufacturer. I highly doubt the manufacturer is going to be selling fake video cards.
