[SOLVED] Is This I/O Plate Installed Correctly?

I just bought a Strix X570-E and noticed this tab on the I/O plate. Not sure if it's supposed to be on the other side of the pcb? Hopefully even if it's not installed correctly it won't cause any issue like shorting something out. Also not sure how it comes off. I've pulled fairly hard and it doesn't seem to want to move.

The way that tab is bent tells you that it's positioned correctly.
