when i placed my cpu fan it stands a bit more on the right side than the left when i locked it on. Is that fine? OCD

You're probably fine, but your cooling might not be as efficient if the fan isn't mounted correctly.

can't add pictures cause I'm on my phone but it's a standard cpu fan for the amd athlon x4 860k

the fan is a bit more on the right touching the pad while the left ione isn't. The left side is about 2mm away
