I would be wary.
The listing clearly shows that the cpu is a new item in a sealed box.
Such a new product should come with the standard 3 year warranty,
yet. the seller says only one year.

I do not know how one refurbishes a processor.
I suspect that this is a cpu that was tested for a good overclocking bin and found wanting.

not bad at all. another $20 for a new one is a much better deal. refurbs are not necessarily bad but you do need to be aware that's what you're buying so you're not surprised if you have any issues and wish to return it. the guy states it's new and then in the description it is clearly a refurb being sold. i tend to avoid people who are trying to be sneaky like that. if he clearly states in the title it's a refurb then that's a different story.
