Question Is this memory compatible with my motherboard

They're both ddr3, which I thought is the only requirement for compatibility. But the pins on the ram stick don't look like they are going to fit into the mobo...

That's a pretty shady looking motherboard... I would look at picking up something else, unless you already have it. Does the manufacturer have a specification list, memory qvl, or compatibility charts?
