Recently i bought a new motherboard and ram (Memory)
The motherboard i got is the asrock z270 taichi (latest bios)

and the ram (memory) i got is the:
Corsair Vengeance LPX 4x2 - CMK8GX4M2A2400C14
And also a hyperx Fury 1x8 - HX424C15FB2/8
I think it is the ram being incompatible because when i start to boot my newly built computer the q code cycles through, 00, 15, 30 , 4C. Which im assuming is either the CPU or the ram. I can't even boot up to bios, also i get no response on my monitor when i do power up the pc.

Are these memory sticks compatible with the motherboard i recently got?

Individually, yes, they should be ok.

Together perhaps not.
Ram is sold in kits for a reason.
A motherboard must manage all the ram using the same specs of voltage, cas and speed.
The internal workings are designed for the capacity of the kit.
Ram from the same vendor and part number can be made up of differing manufacturing components over time.
Some motherboards, can be very sensitive to this.
This is more difficult when more sticks are involved.
That is why ram vendors will NOT support ram that is not bought in one kit.

Test each kit individually with memtest86.
You should be able to complete a full pass with NO errors.

To get disparate ram to work, try installing the hyperx in the primary ram slot/channel.
In the bios, increase the ram voltage from the default 1.2v to a higher number. Up to 1.35v should be ok.
Then, install each of the 4gb sticks in the opposite chnnel and test.

If none of that works, sell both kits in favor of a matched 2 x 8gb kit.
To be doubly cautious, check the motherboard ram compatibility QVL list for whatever you buy.

Another thought.
Check to see if there is a bios update for your motherboard.
Such updates often fix ram compatibility issues.

I have, still no success. I get the same error codes, 00, 15, 30, 4C - cycle

4C stays on for about 2 seconds longer though
