Its a solid build, i7 power for cheaper, good GPU and 16gb of RAM should last awhile. Hopefully you will add in more storage though, 120gb won't last long unless your only playing like 2 games.

Love small ITX builds.
You are good.
Perhaps two things:
1. I have the Z97 version of that motherboard. I could not for the life of me get the two tiny antenna wires to stay attached to the wifi card.
If wifi is important to you and you do not want to use a usb wifi dongle, then be careful.

2. In a small case, It is good to get heat out asap.
I think the Asus small GTX970 looks like it would do a better job:

Solid little build. I recommend paying a little extra for the 600w version of that Silverstone. That build would be very taxing on a 450w unit.
