Perhaps two things:
1. I have the Z97 version of that motherboard. I could not for the life of me get the two tiny antenna wires to stay attached to the wifi card.
If wifi is important to you and you do not want to use a usb wifi dongle, then be careful.

2. In a small case, It is good to get heat out asap.
I think the Asus small GTX970 looks like it would do a better job:
