Is this mobo a steal or a lemon?

I have an intel i950 processor and I was looking at getting a mobo for it.

Saw this mobo on sale at my local computer shop for sale:

Is it a good board or is there something better.

Can you explain to me why is it a good mobo?

Also is there any other mobos out there that would be a better choice?

Gigabyte makes good products. That one is no exception. If you want to compare models go to newegg.ca (or newegg.com here in the US) and look at models and their reviews. Good luck!

Gigabyte is a tier 1 manufacturer. You shouldn't need to have any worries if you buy one of their boards.

depends, what are you trying to achieve with this motherboard? are you going to use dual graphics cards? are you going to overclock? if the answer to those questions is no, then you dont need to be spending much at all on a motherboard.

Plenty of micro boards are OCer friendly.

The real limits are on the number of video card slots, their width apart from each other, and the number of RAM slots.
