Is this MOBO any good?

So i have a r9 270 oc msi
and i need to buy a cpu and a mobo but I don't have alot of money.
I was thinking about buya the pentriu g3258 and a ASRock H81M-VG4 R2.0
I this mobo and cpu any good?
I want to play battlefield 4 / gta 5 / the divizios etc.

If you get a MoBo with an overclocking ability, you could oc the pentium to a higher GHz and it will perform better but it doesnt have as many cores as these newer games (and windows 10 in the future) will support and help performance. Also a new CPU cooler would be good if you were to overclock to 4+ GHz.

I would recommend AMD's FX-6300 and Gigabyte's GA-970A-UD3P due to more cores, better stock performance, and higher overclocking. The only thing is that it cost more,not by much though.

Really? You heard that they were better, thats no reason to just buy it. It has better numbers and its cheaper. I have the 8350 and with 4 more cores and nearly a whole GHz higher base clock speed and overclocking ability its just so much better.

It has 7mb less of l2 cache 2mb less of l3 cache isnt overclockable and isnt even hyper-threaded 4 less cores and costs more, why is it even trying?

If you didn't believe it, why not research it and help others with correct information based on facts?
