Is this MOBO/CPU/RAM combo compatible?

I'm upgrading from an AMD system to Intel, and I want to make sure that
this setup will work.

Everything looks okay to me, but I'm not sure about things like the BIOS, etc. I welcome any and all feedback.

Yes, fire away.

However it would be nice to know the other components. You wouldnt really need to worry about bios unless you are overclocking or doing more specific tasks like enabling CPU virtualisation.
You may have to reinstall your OS, usually Windows.
