Is this mobo good for oc?

I want to buy the Asrock z87-extreme3 but i don't know if it will be good for oc'ing.
I have an intel core i5-4670k and a coolermaster hyper evo 212, and i am planning to oc it to like 4ghz or maybe more. So can this mobo handle it?

Yes all Z87s are good for overclocking. Some better than others of course, but the extreme3 will be fine. 4.0ghz will be easy.
