Is this monitor perfect for a triple monitor setup?

Yes, it is good. It supports VESA mounting. Which is a big plus.

I would recommend buying a triple monitor stand. So you can keep all the screen perfectly aligned, adjust for optimal height and reduce the footprint on your desk. This is what I have.

Adding one more screen into the party, what if I sandwitch this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M1DEEYP/ref=asc_df_B01M1DEEYP4921752?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&tag=shopzilla0d-20&ascsubtag=shopzilla_rev_361-20;14929273816483165998810070302008005&linkCode=df0&creative=395093&creativeASIN=B01M1DEEYP
in between the two asus? is that a horrible idea? Could I even triple monitor game on it or should I just stick with three asus...

*Edit* Its not vesa compatible, so I would have to use the stands... This idea is getting worse and worse, maybe I should stick with 3 asus.

If you want consistent colors, contrast, brightness. Then get the same make and model for every monitor. I find it very annoying to have mismatched screens in a multi-monitor setup.
