Is this motherboard good for overclocking

I just picked up a GeminII M4 and 860K. I need a MATX board to hit about 4.5-4.7 GHz for a lower price. Any suggestions if this doesn't work? I really want this though, due to the USB 3.1, but Ill compromise for 3.0 od I have too.

I can't see anything wrong with it, the other thing is that whether you'll be able to get there will depend on your cooler and the silicon lottery
