Is this normal RAM usage?

Hey gentelmen.

Could you let me know if my RAM usage is normal? As you'll see I've got 16GB of RAM (15.9), I am using a 765GTX and i7-4700HQ 2.4 with Windows 8. The performence shown belown is after restarting the computer and immediately opening the task manager.

it's normal, yes, mem usage will increase as you use the laptop.

yes nothing wrong, and it is depend on what programs you run either on startup or while using in windows

Alright, thank you all for letting me know. If you wonder why I posted it I read somewhere that Windows 7 used to like consume 600~ MB and I know that Windows 8 is supposed to be 'better' and ues less resources. Not necessary dear. There are other programs/services which start at windows start. So pl don't worry. It is all ok.
