Question "Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap" BSOD when playing Star Citizen ?

i've been playing SC for years and the version of the game I'm using hasn't been updated in the day sense I last played it but when trying to play shortly after the initial launcher launcher comes up, not the game launcher that does the patching the EAC(Easy anti cheat)) launcher one, it BSODed. elden ring helldivers and stellaris all work.

What I've done to try to solve it:
  • updated Nvidia drivers
  • updated windows as no updates had been installed for a week
  • erased EAC from windows including Regedit
  • updated my bios to the latest beta drivers as that was all there was
  • Verified Windows files using DISM and SFC
  • turned off and back on window Defender, no other anti virus installed
  • ran the Windows memory check - no issues
  • ran the Intel Processor diagnostic tool -pass
  • completely wiped SC and re-installed including a hot patch on a different build of the game - same result of bsod.

I'm out of ideas how to fix this thank you in advance
5 dump files in a zip in drive
cpuz validation page for pc specs
I'm happy to give any additional information. or a fresher dump file. or move somewhere else on the forum this seemed save.

I just flashed the bios to one updated on their forums V1.17 its the latest for the classified board as the dark has a different spec that's the one in the list's first post.
Tried Intel driver assistant and all it did was update my wifi and Bluetooth the microcode is current but wasn't before I updated as the last update EVGA had for the Z790 was in 2023.

CPU temp is wrong I checked and Open Hardware Monitor has it 36C while a CPUZ validation at the same time read it at 96C so that's not accurate
RAM frequency per the bios is set to 3600 so they are underclocked as they are good to 6200
As I had just flashed the ram which wiped the setting it's already on the default, auto everything, not XMP1 or 2 or any overclocking as I go for longevity if I can.

Might have to RMA my CPU but its odd that only 1 game does it and its not even my most demanding game CPU wise.
