[SOLVED] Is this normal?

I recently bought nzxt kraken x73 aio to replace the wraith cooler, now my question is, is it normal for the idle temperature to be 40-50 degrees celsius? if not are there ways to make it better? my current parts are ryzen 7 3700x, rtx 2070 super, g.skill ddr4 16gb 3200mhz.

how do I check my load temps if you don't mind me asking?

Download HWiNFO, leave the sensors window running in the background, play some games, run Cinebench... if temps are under control there's nothing to worry about
