GPU: MSI GTX 1050 2GB OC Single Fan

My fan suddenly stopped working yesterday(only the fan), change the fan using my old gpu's still not working, but if i use the fan from my gtx 1050 and slapped it to my old gpu it works fine it spins. So I'm 99% sure it's the gpu, but can that broken "connection" like in the picture caused this??? If anyone have the same gpu like mine could you take a picture in that area and send the image link? That would be very helpful. Also how easy it is to fix it? My uncle is an electrician.

That's a burned trace and a smoked mosfet probably for fan control.
