I recently ordered a case from 3dcool.com, about a week ago. I was just informed yesterday that the credit card company had charged 5 bucks for address correction. The e-mail said that they would pass this charge on to me because I was responsible for entering in addresses, etc. In all my online buying experiences, I have never had that happen before. I just wanted to know if this was normal, keeping in mind I spent over 250 dollars shopping there.

Thats a new one to me. Usualy if you miss something like that when making an order you have to go back and fill it in. Have you tried contacting the company?

I thought that if something like that happens, if the company follows policy, they will not ship your order (in case of fraud).

I suggest you call your credit card company and find out exactly what they did, and why.

If you don't get a straight answer, get another credit card company.
