I was bored and decided to check out the System Information.
I then went to Hardware > Conflict/Sharing...Low and behold, I had 5 devices running on IRQ 11. It is my video card, nic card, modem, pci audio decice, and compatible midi device. I just wanna know if this is okay, or should I set each device to a different IRQ. If i should, how do i do it?? Thanks alot!!!

thats the way it is setup if u want to put it on other irq's u have to go into device manager and clic on computer
and change that from acpi to standard computer. if its not giving u a problem leave it alone

you might notice some system performance if all thoes things don't have to share the same IRQ.

True but im an automatic shut off kinda dude, bugs me it dont shut down like that, besides, now i have this running faster than 98 or me ever did.

I agree with James35. If you don't have a hardware conflict ... leave it alone. In Win2K, with ACPI enabled, having several devices share one IRQ is completely normal. Attempting to assign a separate IRQ to each device would require you to have every driver for every device in your system ready and at-hand when you restarted the machine. This is something that really should be done when Win2K is first installed, if necessary. Doing it afterwards, even under the best of conditions, can make your system unstable.
