Question Is this part on motherboard broken?

Sorry for being a noob and not knowing the correct name, but is the part in the image broken? (it's right next to the GPU hatch)

Hatch? You mean the locking mechanism/latch for the PCIe slot? If you're not experiencing any issues with your board, I'd say to leave it alone. You might want to also mention the make and model of your motherboard and perhaps it's age/it's usage if you're concerned about the part that looks like it's soldering has been bridged.

And so sorry I meant latch, lol! As for the motherboard model, it is "Rog Strix X570-E Gaming WiFi II" got it about 1 month ago.
I wanted to readjust my GPU and then I saw something weird near the latch so I became worried. PC works great so far, just wanted to make sure this is not something that can cause issues.
