Is this PC build compatible?

I plan on building a gaming PC for myself (it will be a work PC too, but if it can run games, then it can run work applications), so can someone please tell me if this build is compatible (if the components are compatible with each other)?

-intel pentium i5-4440
-ASUS H97-PLUS
-SAPPHIRE ATI R7 250X
-WD1003FZEX (HDD) + Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB (SSD)
ATX SilverStone SST-ST60F-ESB Strider Essential 600W, 80 Plus Bronze

If this build is OK, i also plan on getting 8GB of RAM, but i have multiple choises for that, so can some1 tell me which one is the best for the above build?

To be honest, fast ram doesn't make much of a difference. I find many people looking for good ram but actually, the only difference between the expensive and cheap ram is the chance of errors, which is still very rare. Any of the ram you listed will do. (Get the cheapest one.)

Because it is faster and is more popular, the i5-4460 would be a better choice in my opinion. Or, just as another option you could get the i5-4690k for overclocking.

Another thing is if you want to play games, you should get a better graphics card like the GTX 970 or the r9 290.

I'm kind of in a budget and a better graphics card gets expensive, coupled with the fact that in my country PC stuff seems to be more expensive than normal and i have a problem.

btw. the i5-4460 has just 100mHz more clock speed, i mean, that is not too much of an impact, or are there other diferences?

No, but I just thought an extra $10 for a more popular and a slightly better performing processor would be worth it but if you like the i5-4440 then go for it.
If you want a lower-end card, get the GTX 750Ti. Its the best low-end card there is and is about the same price as the sapphire r7 250x. Trust me, you will need 2GB vram.

This Golden Sample one is better because of the higher core and memory clock speeds. But yes, they are both fine.
