I would say yes. On Gigabyte's site it says that mobo supports 8th and 9th gen Intel Core i processors, so that should be ok, cooler supports 1151 so thats ok.Memory is ddr4 so thats ok. PSU is good,Case is good, no need to check for gpu since all mobos from 2005 have PCIe.
In summary i would say this is ok, but i think that memory will be downclocked. You can go with 2800MHz memory to be sure

Downclocked? It is possible to overlock right? Isn't it?

Yes but downclocked ram wont be a problem, you wont see a difference between 2800MHz and 3000MHz. If you overclock, watch out for Memory Latency.
Is this pc good for multitasking? Like streaming and gaming at the same time also goes for recording, And i run 3 monitors at a time will i still get 144 Frames? At Low'/Medium at most games?

It's good for streaming and multitasking, frames vary from game to game, settings and resolutions, i'm sure that there are benchmarks online so just google cpu gpu ram and the game u want

Please read what I wrote in that message
The SSD you chose is a bit trash compared to the entire system
Granted caseking doesn't ship to you, but that doesn't change the fact that you can still buy it from Amazon
Well as i wrote in my post ''My hole build is from Amazon.de '' So i do not know what you point is here?
