Question Is this pc good for 2019 1080p gaming?

Hi I want to ask if this pc can handle like bf 5 pubg rust med-high settings 60fps?
And can I overlock cpu and gpu is 450w enough?

SSD: WD Green 240 GB SATA 2.5

Since you are going to overclock your gpu and cpu you should go with a 550w psu. For upgrade ability of parts in the future I would go with a 600w or more.
 
Bf 5 may be a little rough, but you should still be able to get 60fps on those settings. From what I've read rust isn't the best optimized game and it may struggle a bit to get a solid 60, but should hover close to it.

Like mentioned, if you want to oc you might consider a slightly more powerful psu.
 
It might also be worth moving up to a 480-512GB SSD, so that you have a more comfortable amount of room for holding Windows, your applications and a number of games. The cost per gigabyte of 480GB or larger drives often tends to be a bit better than the lower capacities as well.
