if you are buying a discrete gpu, then don't buy an apu, as you waste money on poor cpu performance, and an integrated gpu that you will never use because you have the 270. get either intel 4670k or amd 8320 processor with the compatible motherboard

While that may be true, he ALSO has a 270 gpu on the build list. get one, or get the other, do not get both. You do not need an apu when you have a discrete gpu unless you are running it in dual graphics (requires a 250 instead of a 270)

If it were my choice I would probably get a better motherboard and a AMD FX 6300 just because of my personal experience but back to the point yes that pc would perform perfect for gaming especially for the games you listed and the x4 760k will not bottleneck the R9 270 but other than that your build seems strong although the motherboard and processor seems to be the weakest link but that doesn't mean it's bad. if you are not on a strict budget or can save your pennies get the
