Should be very good for ultra at 1080p, and maybe even 1440p ultra for some titles.

It will play them the best they can be played.
2 things get rid of that CX power supply it's pretty much garbage. Seasonic, XFX, EVGA G2 or B2, Rosewell Capstone, only need 750 watts if you might add anouther 970 for SLI in the future for what you have 550 would do 650 if you wish for more head room.
Add a CPU cooler like a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO then you have a nice build.
